Information on the Processing of Personal Data - DGS-Italy

INFORMATIVE REPORT ACCORDING TO THE ARTICLE 13 D.LGS. 196/2003 OF THE ITALIAN LAW
Dear consumer, in remembering we are at your disposal for any further explanations in relation to personal data we needed in order to fulfil Your demands, in compliance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 (Code on protection of personal data), hereinafter referred to as "code", particularly articles 13 (Informative report) and 23 (Consent), we advise You of the following:

1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING.
The data processing is aimed only at the collection of inserted data to cope with your request for information.

2. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING.
- the processing is carried out by the operations or unit of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter a) of the "code". In particular: the collection, the record, the organization, the preservation, the consultation, the process, alteration, the selection, the obtaining, the comparison, the utilization, the inter connection, the stoppage, the help of the communication, the diffusion, the annulment and the destruction of data, even though not yet registered in a database;
- The process can be carried out with or without automated tools;
- The processing is carried out by its holder and/or by its delegates.

3. CONFERMENT OF DATA.
The conferment of personal data (for data demanded as compulsory only) is necessary since their lack implies the impossibility of fulfilling the demand for information. The further data (optional data) are not compulsory and their missing conferment does not invalidate the possibility of obtaining our reply.  

4. COMMUNICATION OF DATA.
The personal data will be dealt with exclusively by expressly entrusted employees and it will be communicated to a third party only if this is necessary for the correct execution of the demand.

5. SPREAD OF DATA.
Personal data is not subject to diffusion.

6. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD.
Personal data is not subject to diffusion abroad.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY.
According to the article 7 of the "code" the interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or of the absence of personal data concerning him, even though not recorded yet, and their communication in a comprehensible way.
The interested party has the right to obtain some information regarding:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and conditions of processing;
c) of the logic used in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic equipment;
d) of the essential data of the holder, of people responsible and of the appointed agent according to the article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or category of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or could become known as appointed agents in the area of the State, of responsible or appointed people.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the modification when he is interested, the integration of data;
b) the annulment, the transformation anonymously or the block of data dealt with which violate the law, included anything not necessary for the maintenance in relation to the aims for which the data has been collected or subsequently dealt with;
c) the declaration that the operation regarding points a) and b) is known, also concerning the content, of data which has been communicated or diffused, except for the case where this accomplishment is impossible or involves means openly disproportionate to the safeguarded right.
The interested party has got the right to oppose, entirely or partly:
a) for legitimate reasons to the personal data processing concerning himself, though pertaining to the aim of the collection;
b) to the keeping of personal data processing concerning himself in order to receive informative advertising or direct selling or for market research or commercial communication.
